If you don't have control over a shipment's status (dispatched to pickup, on-site shipper, arrived and loading, picked up with BOL and departure time, tracking current location updates, out for delivery, eta for delivery, on-site receiver, delivered POD in hand out time) ... There are a lot of moving parts, and if there is a way to improve the shipping process by removing a middle-man. That's what to do. I can give you greater control.
